Like many of you, we've been overwhelmed trying to keep up with all of the news surrounding COVID-19. With so many unanswered questions right now, we wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how we're navigating COVID-19. And how we've implemented changes to keep our staff and community safe during this time. To learn more, please read below for our updated store hours, shipping and return policy.


Kordal Studio & Shop

Our primary focus is reducing the spread of the virus, because of this our brick & mortar shop is temporarily closed to the public until further notice. Our team will be working remotely until we're able to reopen *hopefully* in late spring or early summer. Until then, we hope that you'll visit us online and stay in touch by signing up for our newsletter!

Online Orders

Please take note that all online orders are still being processed at this time but will not ship until NYC's Shelter in Place has ended. We promise to ship them as soon as we're safely able to do so! All promotions will remain active until inventory runs out. Thank you so much for your support! 

Shipping Information

While we always aim to ship your orders in a timely fashion, we ask for your patience as orders may take longer to arrive than normal. Our last shipment went out Wednesday 3/25 at 12pm. All orders placed after this time will be shipped after the NYC Shelter in Place has been lifted. 

Please note we've also changed all orders to require a Signature Confirmation. We've put this in place so you're protected by insurance should your package go missing. If you'd like for us to remove Signature Confirmation from your delivery, please email us at

Please note all international shipments will be suspended until we're confident that your orders will be delivered safely. Any international orders placed after 3/25 will be shipped once it is safe to do so. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. 

Returns & Exchanges

Please take note our Return & Exchange policy has been updated.

To begin the returns or exchange process, please email within 10 days with your order number and indicate your reason for exchange or return. At this time we are still able to process exchanges by adjusting our inventory to put your desired item on hold, but we hope you understand that your exchange item will not be shipped until NYC's Shelter in Place is lifted.

Note: All items must be returned in unused and unworn condition with original tags and packaging. Please contact us before shipping your return or exchange, we will provide instructions on how to safely ship your item. Please stay safe and healthy everyone!
