DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Please allow up to one week for your order to be processed and shipped.

Currently all orders are processed and shipped twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am – 6pm, and orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following week.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All international shipments are shipped via DHL World Wide Express.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Because of prior issues shipping internationally with USPS, our preferred courier for international shipments is DHL. You may request for us to ship via USPS but please know in that case that we cannot be liable for lost packages.

If your country is not available to ship to, please email info@kordalstudio.com and we will assist you with your purchase.

RETURNS

*To begin your returns or exchange process, please email info@kordalstudio.com with your order number in the subject line.

EXCHANGES

We want you to love your pieces, so if you are exchanging your item for a different size, color, item, or for store credit we are happy to offer return shipping on us for domestic orders! We'll send you a return label and ship out your new item as soon as we receive the original.

If you would like to exchange an international order, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to our studio, but we will cover the cost to ship your exchange item to you!

RETURNS

If you would like to return your item for a refund in the original form of payment, a return label will be provided and a $10 fee will be deducted from the refund for shipping. Please note that if your item is not in transit within 10 business days of RMA approval your return/refund is subject to forfeiture.

Please note that most orders placed with discount promotions are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Be sure to read the fine print in these announcements before placing your order!

Please note for both exchanges and returns:
• All items must be returned in unused and unworn condition with original tags and packaging within 10 business days from the day you receive your item(s).
• After 10 business days all sales are FINAL.
• All sale items are FINAL SALE and therefore not refundable.
• Once an order has shipped, Kordal Studio reserves the right to refuse any price adjustments.
• Postage costs are not refundable.
• Kordal Studio is not responsible for duty reimbursement in the case of international shipments.
• Kordal Studio reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
• Any returns/refunds for orders not in transit within 10 business days of RMA approval are subject to forfeiture.
